Step 3: Build Your Wedding Backlog
The Product Owner is in charge of building the Wedding Backlog, which is the collection of all the tasks you can imagine doing to plan your wedding, arranged in order of importance.
PRODUCT OWNER TIP - The Backlog is a living document. As the Product Owner, you can add and remove tasks as needed. In fact, it should be changing all the time—as you complete projects, have new ideas, change your priorities, and get more information.
The trick is that, at any given moment, the tasks should be roughly in the order that best reflects the current priorities. The most important items should be at the top, though the order becomes less set as you move down the list.
